TECHNICAL POST SALES SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Y. Stern Engineering, a global company, is currently looking for a technically-minded Post Sales Service Representative to join our rapidly growing international organization.
Provide technical post sales service by email, phone and video conference to international markets
Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products
Maintain contact with customers to obtain feedback regarding service quality
Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring customer satisfaction
Ensure clients are tended appropriately in line with set customer service standards
Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems
Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current projects and new products
Provide periodic reports to management on all after sales activities
Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties
Native English speaker with excellent communication skills and a technical background
Prior experience in customer relationship management and technical problem-solving
Innovative and creative thinking ability to apply proven approaches to new problems
Team-player attitude with a high comfort level working collaboratively.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Compensation commensurate with experience and skills
